About the Job
Execute all Learning initiatives for Industrial Operations personnel. Manage the execution of the Learning strategy, support the business through safety certifications and training and provide guidance and support to the Learning Specialists ensuring our goals are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with L&D measurable experience.
- Experienced facilitator managing personnel on two shifts.
